OCIA

The Process of Learning More about the Catholic Faith

Interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith? Have you been thinking about becoming Catholic? Are you an adult that’s never been baptized? Have you been baptized but never received First Communion or Confirmation? Are you interested in sponsoring someone who is joining the Church?

The OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the process established for individuals to become Catholic and receive the Sacraments of Initiation— Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. Centered on fostering a deep relationship with Jesus and the Church he founded, this journey is very informative and formative for all Catholics or those who just want to know more about our faith.

Please contact Keely Meinecke, the Director of Religious Education, if you would like to discuss becoming Catholic or finishing your Sacraments if you were baptized in the Catholic Church.  She can be reached at keelym@repcocatholic.com or 785-614-0657.  Thank you!
